1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Noor Jabal Cleaning ("Company", "we", "our", "us") . By accessing our website at noorjabalcleaning.com or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Service Terms
2.1 Service Availability
Our cleaning services are available throughout Dubai and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and specific service requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service in areas outside our operational zones.
2.2 Service Scope
The scope of services provided will be determined during the initial consultation or booking process. Any additional services requested during the service delivery may incur extra charges and require mutual agreement.
2.3 Quality Standards
We maintain high-quality standards for all our services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will address your concerns promptly.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for regular services and 3-7 days for specialized or large-scale projects.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed during the booking process and may vary based on service type, location, property size, and specific requirements. Additional charges may apply for services outside standard operating hours.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. For commercial clients, invoicing terms may be arranged with prior approval. Late payments may incur additional fees.
3.4 Deposits
For large commercial projects or specialized services, we may require a deposit of 25-50% of the total estimated cost. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the final invoice.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Customer Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
4.2 Rescheduling
Services may be rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.
4.3 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, staff availability, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer alternative scheduling options or a full refund.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Access and Safety
You must provide safe and clear access to all areas requiring cleaning. This includes ensuring parking availability, elevator access for commercial buildings, and removing any obstacles or hazards. You must inform us of any known safety hazards, structural issues, or special access requirements before service begins.
5.2 Valuables and Personal Items
Please secure all valuables, important documents, fragile items, and personal belongings before our team arrives. While our staff are thoroughly vetted and trained, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items that should have been secured.
5.3 Pets
Please inform us in advance if you have pets. For safety reasons, pets should be secured in a separate area during cleaning. We reserve the right to postpone service if unsafe pet conditions exist.
5.4 Utilities and Supplies
You must provide access to water, electricity, and waste disposal facilities. While we bring our professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment, specific client-preferred products may be used upon request if provided by the client.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Insurance Coverage
Noor Jabal Cleaning maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all operations. Our staff are fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.
6.2 Damage Claims
In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff during service delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will investigate all claims promptly and take appropriate action, which may include repair, replacement, or reasonable compensation up to the insured value.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use of property, or consequential damages.
6.4 Exclusions
We are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile or improperly installed, loss of items not secured by the client, existing damages not reported before service, or damage caused by third parties or natural events.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Noor Jabal Cleaning or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information we observe or learn during service delivery. Our staff are trained to maintain professional discretion at all times.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our service agreement at any time if: payment terms are violated, access or safety requirements are not met, there is abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff, or terms of service are violated. For recurring service contracts, either party may terminate with 7 days written notice.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Complaints Procedure
If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving all complaints quickly and fairly. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
